3. Processing of PDF Documents (No AI Training)

The core function of our Service is extracting data from uploaded PDFs using the Google Gemini API. We treat your documents with strict confidentiality:

• Uploaded documents are processed transiently in server memory (RAM) and are never saved to our databases or permanent storage.
• We utilize enterprise-level API endpoints. Under these agreements, your documents and data are explicitly NOT used to train or improve external AI models.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We only share necessary data with essential service providers:

• Google Cloud & Firebase: For secure hosting, authentication, and database operations.
• Paddle: For global tax compliance and payment processing.
